We're here every step of the way to help you plan your best visit. Here are some common questions we receive.

Confirmation policy:
To confirm your booking, a credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) must be given.

Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel, notification 7 days prior to your booking is required to guarantee that no charges will be made to the credit card.

If you cancel between 7 and 2 days before your reservation, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of your reserved activities.

If you cancel the day before or the day of your activity, or if you do not give notice, 100% of the total cost of the group activities you have booked will be charged to your credit card.

Reservation policy:
If you would like to add participants to join your group, please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request. We must respect the limit of people per departure. Safety and exceptional customer service are our priorities.

Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the activity. The higher number (initial reservation of participants) will be invoiced if we do not receive this confirmation.

Welcome to Parc des Chutes Coulonge! When you arrive on site, you’ll visit our welcome building and our customer service agents will process your payment, give you a color-coded activity wristband and give you general instructions.

Guests participating in our aerial adventure activities will receive a Participant Agreement to read and complete. Your guide will review your completed form before preparing you for your adventure. Our staff spends 10 to 15 minutes explaining and demonstrating all the safety equipment you’ll be using and following our instructions to complete the course. All participants must be able to demonstrate their understanding and general skills in our school course to continue your adventure.

Activity times are fluid – we do our best to accommodate everyone as close as possible to their booked time; Our customers’ safety is our number one priority!

Maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg).

Aerial activities have the following minimum sizes:
Aerial course: 5′ (1.52 m)
Tyroliennes: 4’6 (1,37 m)
Via Ferrata – intermediate: 4’6 (1,37 m)
Via Ferrata – advanced: 5′ (1,52 m)
Extreme: 5′ (1,52 m)

We have no minimum age, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we offer two beautiful yurts as accommodations for guests to extend their stay in the Pontiac. You can find out more on our yurt page.

Duo

Sunscreen, water bottle, mosquito repellent, picnic lunch if you wish. Small gloves to promote dexterity.

Closed-toe shoes/running shoes mandatory, pants or shorts that cover the thighs, a shirt that covers the belly and gloves that offer dexterity (gardening gloves/construction gloves).

Aerial course: approx. 1.5 h
Ziplines: 1 h
Via Ferrata – intermediate: 2.5 h
Via Ferrata – advanced: 3 h
Duo (ziplines and aerial course): approx. 2.5 h
Extreme: 5 h

We don’t have a restaurant, but we do sell snacks: chips, ice cream, chocolate and beverages.

 

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park.

 

Yes, but they must be kept on a leash at all times and litter must be picked up, please. Dogs must be accompanied at all times.
