Chutes Coulonge

About The Park

Discover Parc des Chutes Coulonge, a natural and historic jewel located in Mansfield, Quebec, offering unique adventures and a rich Canadian historical heritage.

Historical heritage:
The Parc des Chutes Coulonge came into being in the early 1800s when coureurs des bois and lumberjacks navigated the rivers to transport timber to distant markets. The site became a public park in 1985 with the opening of a reception chalet. We are proud to honour the park’s history through educational exhibits, guided tours and preservation of historic sites.

Aware of the need to preserve our environment for future generations, we are committed to maintaining a balance between welcoming visitors and protecting our unique ecosystem.
