Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Aerial Park Guide, where you’ll be at the forefront of delivering thrilling outdoor experiences. As an Aerial Park Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they navigate through our high ropes courses, ziplines, and other aerial park adventures.
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Safety: Conduct thorough safety briefings and equipment checks for guests. Monitor guests’ adherence to safety guidelines during their aerial park experience. Respond promptly and effectively to any safety concerns or emergencies.
2. Instruction and Guidance: Provide clear and concise instructions on the use of safety equipment and course navigation. Assist guests in overcoming challenges and obstacles, offering encouragement and guidance. Ensure all guests feel supported and have a positive experience.
3. Course Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the aerial park elements and equipment. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate personnel. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and procedures.
4. Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address guest inquiries, provide information about the park, and assist with general customer service needs. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
The role involves physical activity, including climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Aerial Park Guides must be physically fit and able to demonstrate the activities they guide.
Renumeration:
$17/hour. In addition to the starting salary, we provide the possibility of an experience-based increase.
